- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls promptly, adhering to Aftermarket Solutions standards.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to callers while ensuring a swift response rate.
- Relay messages to the relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update the electronic directory with correct information.
- Offer relief cashier services and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Report any suspicious activity promptly.
- Receive COD cash from drivers and ensure proper handover and balancing procedures.
- Assist COD Clerk in catering to customer needs.
Requirements:
- Essential: Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role is crucial.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks.
Skills and Competencies:
- Organized, accurate, and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Quick learner with a commitment to honesty and reliability.
- Capability to handle pressure while maintaining composure.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Clear ITC and Criminal record is mandatory.
