About the Kelly learnership programme

Kelly company was started in 1969 and they have been growing ever since. Kelly company believes in empowering young women and disabled people they have been doing that by providing this learnership opportunity. They have number of training centers throughout the country. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend for the period of the learnership.

Requirements
Kelly learnership requirements will differ with each company and the field of application. There is, however, some basic requirements what will most likely be similar and applicable to all. We have listed some of these below but candidates must ensure that they meet all the requirements as set out on the application
Basic requirements can include the following and more:
- All candidates must be residing within South African boarders
- Applicants must be in possession of a valid ID document
- Candidates must be in possession of a Matric certificate
- with English at 60% pass, Mathematics or
- Accounting at 60% pass
- Applicants must have a clear credit record
- Must not have any criminal record
- Interested candidates must be currently unemployed
- Applicants must not be in any other learnership program
- Candidates must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills ? written and verbal
Interested candidates must be aged between 18 and 35. Candidates must have clear image. Disabled applicants must submit a medical certificate starting the nature of the disability. It is recommended that applicants also provide testimonials and recommendations.
