About the amathuba learnership programme
Old Mutual Group invites young talented individuals to apply for the amathuba learnership program. Old Mutual Group offers these opportunities to all South African communities who have the required skills and also meet the necessary requirements set out by the Old mutual group. In accordance with the companies employment equity plan this program will only be offered to people who were previously disadvantaged (black candidates who are disabled, or black men and women).
Amathuba Learnerships Available
Old Mutual Group has plenty of learnership opportunities that qualifying candidates can choose from and Amathuba learnership opportunity is one of them. After completing this learnership program individuals will receive a Level 4 Wealth Management Qualification. This learnership program usually takes a period of twelve months and the program usually commences at the beginning of the year.
Basic Requirements
All interested candidates must be meet the following requirements before they apply. Applicants must be aged between 18 and 25. Candidates must be permanently residing within the boarders of South Africa. Take into account that only applicants from Cape Town will be considered.
Additional Requirements:
- Must hold a valid ID document or ID book
- Applicants must not be employed
- All candidates must have a valid Matric certificate
- Applicants must have passed matric with English 50%, Maths Literacy 70% and
- Pure Maths at 50% or higher
- Candidates must also have passed their second official language with a 50% or higher mark
