Mission/Function of the role: This position is ideal for a self-starter ready to take on multiple tasks and support the DI Department in South Africa. We are looking for a young dynamic individual who is ready to take on the challenge at one of the world’s leading technologies companies.
What are the responsibilities of the role
- Capturing of Sales orders and Purchase orders into SPIRIDON within 24hrs and send order confirmations of these orders to the relevant customers.
- Managing of ex stock and direct deliveries according to the respective customer and BU’s requirements (YOM1 &YOM3)
- Manage workflow messages daily, expedite POs on OMS
- Expedite Customer orders weekly and update Spiridon accordingly.
- Release customer backlog at least 2x per week and manage open sales orders weekly.
- Creation of adhoc quotations within 24 hours
- Timeous follow-up on created quotations with customer.
- Increase Industry Mall awareness and promote automated orders.
- Contact customers to ensure the customer is updated with regards to any order changes.
Requirements:
- Completed B.Com Degree in Accounting.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication is crucial
- Understanding and sharing the feelings of customers to provide better service
- Understanding the products or services offered to assist customers accurately
