- Provide on-site routine technical service at defined customer line based on customer specific requirements
- Statistical process control and data analysis
- Performs consignment inventory management, manages / records / maintains all related consumption data / SAP recon / expiry date management / FIFO control at customer processes / lines
- Supports forecasting and supply process (material order) where applicable
- Maintains quality / efficiency / productivity level of processes and products and escalates technical challenges to on site supervisor
- Manage 5S strategy with weekly audits, reports, improvement work plan, implementation of improvement work plan
- Follow safety standards
Requirements
- Analytical chemistry
- Chemical engineering
- Problem solving skills, 8D , six sigma
- MS office proficient (excel, word, powerpoint, e-mail)
- English language (written and speaking)
- SAP knowledge (preferable)
- Interpretation of data and graphs
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced industrial production environment
- 2 year Industry experience (preferable)
