REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12. Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel)
- Valid Driver’s License (added advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (must be bilingual)
- Applicants that reside within the Midvaal area will be given preference
- Ability to follow & execute given instructions.
- Must meet operational requirements of the post
- A hard-working self-disciplined person.
- At least 1 year experience in data capturing within Local Government Authority.
DUTIES
- Handles all internal queries regarding Engineering & Community Services complaints.
- Ensures that all tasks delegated by the supervisor are done effectively and efficiently as deemed fit to be promptly attended as requested.
- General admin duties for Engineering & Community Services by.
- Performing fast and accurate typing duties by utilizing a word processor or personal computer to effective operation of the administration within the sections.
- Capturing of monthly EPWP leaves.
- Perform leave administration duties.
- Perform any other related Ad Hoc tasks and duties as requested or required by management (supervisor) from time to time.
